Shipping Policy



1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays).

Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  1. Standard Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your region.
  2. Free Shipping: Available for orders with a subtotal of ₱3,500 or more (before discounts and taxes).
  3. Note: Free shipping covers standard courier delivery only — same-day delivery via Grab or third-party riders is not included.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We partner with trusted local couriers to deliver nationwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or regional logistics limitations. You’ll be notified immediately if there are unexpected delays.


4. Courier & Tracking

  1. All orders are shipped through partnered logistics providers.
  2. Once dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
  3. While we are not responsible for courier-related delays once the package is in transit, our team is happy to assist with tracking support and communication with the courier if needed.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures

  1. Please double-check that your address, barangay, city, and province are complete and accurate before confirming checkout.
  2. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details may incur additional redelivery fees or processing delays.


6. Duties & Taxes

  1. All listed prices on our website are inclusive of Philippine VAT.
  2. No additional duties or hidden charges will apply for local orders.


7. Policy Updates

  1. Chiron Activewear reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
  2. Any changes will take effect for orders placed after the revised date.
