Return and Exchange Policy

At Chiron Activewear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a one-time exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to check our size chart before purchasing and inspect your items upon arrival for correct size, color, and condition.

How to Request a Return or Exchange


  1. Send us an email at chironactive@gmail.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange.”
  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll have 7 days to ship back your item(s).


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges


  1. Only new, unused items in their original condition and packaging will be accepted.
  2. For sizing exchanges, the return and sending out of the replacement must be shouldered by the customer.
  3. For damaged or defective items, we offer free exchanges, store credit and/or refunds.
  4. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering beyond reasonable repair will not qualify for an exchange. In such cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
  5. Change of mind returns will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
  6. Sale items marked down by 20% or more are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
